Role: Sr. Product Manager
My role consists of managing the end-to-end strategy and experience for platform XR apps and systems across our operating system, in addition to capturing crowd insights with the Product Management Planning Team for new product features and ideas.
Scenario research ︎︎︎
Researching the platform wide needs for every user scenario for all apps: Indoor work instructions, Outdoor operation, Surgery, Multi-user scenarios, Consumer extending OS, Consumer for daily activities, Spectator renters.
Inputs ︎︎︎
Managing the design and development of Gesture, Voice, Gaze interaction on the entire operating system: Targeting method, Cursor system, Screen Behavior, Learning, Hand Visualization, Keyboard interaction, Custom gestures, Multimodal interaction, Input Hand-off.
Apps ︎︎︎
Leading the design and development of Model Viewer, QR Reader App, File Manager, Hand Calibration in addition to design strategy for a surgery planning application.
Hardware Strategy ︎︎︎
Researched and documented hardware input requirements for every user scenario.
Internal Data Platform ︎︎︎
Proposed and built an internal data platform to extract product feature ideas from the crowd. Currently being used by the Product Team to extract ideas for 1st party applications ︎︎︎ link here.
